Terms For Offer 1


  1. You must sign up to any Tier Premium, Silver, Gold (Diamond not Recommended)
  2. You must provide account details for Direct debt.
  3. You must stay a customer for a minimum of 3 months.
  4. After 3 months we will automatically upgrade your account to the next highest level.
  5. If you uninstall the app you must re-install it within 28 days to keep your package deal.
  6. After 28 days  you will no longer be eligible to keep your special offer price and if you re-install after the 28 day period you will be subject to the regular pricing system in place at that time.
  7. If you loose or your mobile is stolen you must contact us as soon as possible to hold your account, we will redirect all your incoming calls to a new mobile or landline but only with confirmation  in writing that you need a re-direct. Please call us on +34 668637014 ASAP.
  8. If you purchase a new phone and new SIM number you must contact us as soon as possible to change your account over to the new line, we will redirect all your incoming calls to a new mobile or landline but only with confirmation  in writing that you need a re-direct.   9. You have the right to cancel at anytime with NO admin cost or hidden Fee’s from MyTomChat or Worldmobile Solutions.
  10. This offer will expire on a given date and is only subject to successful account creation NOT downloads you must sign up and create your online account through Chargbee.
  11. Worldmobile & MyTomChat reserve the right to extend this offer at anytime or change the terms all accounts made prior to any changes will be honoured.
  12. Does NOT include upgrades to Business version or multiple phones
